The one-sided labeling machine is equipped with an EMEA label head – Denmark. The modular principle of building construction allows the head to be placed on the top, left or right of the transport system, i.e. by quickly adjusting the same machine sequentially to label top and side. The basic performance of the labeling machine is at a constant conveyor belt speed of 11-13 m/min. Synchronizing the product’s speed with the label feed is done by stepless adjustment from the label head panel. This solution allows for a simple and low-cost construction while maintaining performance, functionality and reliability. More than 100 kinds of products (boxes, jars, kennel, packets, blisters, etc.) are labeled on the machine type shown, which can be fed both in and out.
